Terms of Service — Key provisions
Below are condensed provisions. The full Terms apply to all contracts for logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing services provided within New Zealand and internationally by Bonaventa.
New Zealandn consumer rights
Customers in New Zealand retain statutory rights under the New Zealandn Consumer Law (ACL). These rights cannot be excluded by our Terms.

Liability, insurance and limits
We maintain commercial insurance for transit and storage risks. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of goods or services supplied, or an amount capped in our contract terms. Specific industry conventions (e.g. Hague-Visby rules) may apply to international carriage.
- Make claims in writing within the timeframe in your contract.
- Retain all packaging and documentation for inspection.
- We recommend additional insurance for high-value consignments.
Intellectual Property & use of branding
All site content, logos and materials are owned or licensed by Bonaventa. You must not reproduce our branding or proprietary content without prior written permission.

Complaints & dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. Use the form to lodge a complaint or notice. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and propose a resolution pathway.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, parties may consider mediation or contacting the relevant ombudsman or the ACCC for guidance.
